Love and Other Company

Is there anyone out there for me? Can someone love all that I have to give — all that I am?

They make me feel like I'm not good enough. Not pretty enough. Not popular enough. Too different. Too outspoken. Too demanding. Too weird.

I refuse to give up. They use me and abuse me but I keep searching and hoping, laying my heart in trusted hands.

There is someone just as broken and longing for love and connection like me — for me. Isn't there?

Until I find you, my soul shall not rest. My dreams forever be haunted...

A memoir written in poetic verse and the first collection in the Fragile Heart Series, the author shares her personal journal entries over the years in the quest to find her person.

From the back cover:

This collection of poetry consists of six unique parts. It is a personal journey through the phases of lust, love, loss, and all the heartache, exhilaration, and self-discovery in between. Words to remind you, although you may feel broken, you will heal. Although you may feel inadequate, you are enough. And you will gain the capacity to love again.

When you do, devour every piece of it — unforgivably.

May you be willing to open your heart to love and other company.
