I Just Love My Job! (Paperback)

Paperback. From two decades of work with people and organizations, Quarto Consulting has learned that when your job taps your talents and fulfills your needs, you feel good about work and actually perform better. Using Quarto's 7P concept and exercises, you first profile your dominant drives and then learn their strengths and limitations. You see what jobs and work sectors suit and reward you best. Then, using the Vision to Action process, you learn how to make changes: improve your current job, get one that's a better fit, or fulfill your needs outside work. Both employers and workers benefit when people gain self-awareness and take responsibility for their own fulfillment. This book teaches people how to take charge of their jobs and get what they need and want at work and beyond.
