Womanhood is a truly beautiful gift that was intended to be a balanced, flowing and sweat-less-ly victorious dance.

Women are the child-bearers, the life-givers, the home-makers, the teachers, the nurses, the counselors, and the nurturers. Our families depend on us to be whole. Yet, the numbers don't lie...women are totally depleted.

As young girls we learned to cook, clean and nurture those around us. In fact, aside from everyday grooming, there was no training available on the importance of loving ourselves or the methods by which we are to do so. The truth is that we, myself included, were never taught how to truly, fully love ourselves.

After experiencing The Self-Love Lessons, you will no longer tolerate the defeat that you call 'everyday life'.  Instead, you will boldly and powerfully claim what is rightfully yours; a fail-proof, power-filled, confident, balanced and fulfilling life of self-love.
