I Love You Like. (Paperback or Softback)

I Love You Like... is a tender, lyrical children’s book that celebrates unconditional love in all its forms.

Written by Scott Sutton and his close friend Alec Traub, I Love You Like... began as a simple, heartfelt idea—words meant to reassure a child of love that is constant and unwavering. After the book was self-published, Scott passed away from cancer, making this story a lasting expression of his love and voice.

This book is perfect for:

• Parents and grandparents reading at bedtime
• Families navigating change, grief, or big emotions
• A meaningful gift for birthdays, baby showers, or Valentine’s Day
• Anyone who wants a gentle reminder that love endures

With rhythmic language and warm illustrations, I Love You Like... creates a comforting bedtime experience that children return to again and again.

A story written with love. A story that lives on.

Scott and Alec met at work and soon became the closest of friends. They traveled all over the country frequently for their roles, though most of the time not together. To pass the time away and stay connected they playfully made up phrases about how much they missed one another... 15 years later, despite the heavy eye-rolling of their wives, they combined their best "I miss you" phrases to create "I Love You Like..." Alec and his wife, Dana, now live in Los Angeles. Scott and his wife Anne, reside in Pittsburgh with their son, Alec. Yes- they still miss each other.
