To find the secrets of love is in opposition to the harshness of culture, its greed, aggression and glitter, however people choose to dress up for the occasion or take sides. Are there not strengths — all for love — to develop on earth? And a force of love that may be courted, the ultimate presence, from the farthest universe to our fingertips? All awareness, all knowledge, all love, would be of it. The poems have waited — sometimes shared in closeness — folded and put away. There is always the hidden world of love,and if loved ones are not diverted by the passingshow of their culture, they take something cleanand clear and miraculous from the universe ofspirit to make their own. This is the aspiration.It is the work on the self. It is giving. Love gathers love.
