Syndicated columnist, Pam Stone, shares a selection of readers' favorites from her own "I'm Just Saying" in this charming collection which chronicles years of adventures on her "Funny Farm" in the upstate of South Carolina. Weary of the hustle and bustle of life in Los Angeles, the former co-star of the ABC sitcom, 'Coach' (playing Coach Judy Watkins), stand-up comedian, and radio personality selected instead to live what she naively thought might be 'the quiet life' in a town of 2,000 residents. What followed are the honest to goodness (Well, almost) accounts of this Upstate South Carolina Experience. Stone lives with her partner, Paul, 2 beloved terriers, Bonnie and Rosie, assorted cats, horses and one alarmingly territorial donkey. She is also the author of "Only Horsepeople" Volume 1 and 2, as well as the beautifully photographed adventure, co-created with Paul McAllister, featuring Bonnie and Rosie in ebook form, titled, "Rats! Rats! Rats!" Stone's syndicated humor column is currently carried in several newspapers throughout North and South Carolina and was awarded First Place in Humor for the 2012 SC Press Association Awards.
