About the Author
Kelly Nelson graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree. She worked for Price Waterhouse as a certified public accountant for four years before starting a horse-boarding business so she could be more involved in raising her family. As an avid book lover, she later decided to pursue a career in writing. Her published works include The Keeper's Saga, a young adult fiction series composed of The Keeper's Calling, The Keeper's Quest, The Keeper's Defiance,and The Keepers' Council. Kelly's extensive travels to England, Egypt, France, Israel, Canada, Mexico, the West Indies, and across the United States have given her a wealth of experience and sparked a love of adventure that shows in her writing. She resides in Cornelius, Oregon, with her husband, children, and a herd of horses.
