Loving Every Moment: The Simple Way to Change Your Life

David Stirling had a very simple idea that changed his life. Basing his choices on the spiritual teaching he had discovered over the years, he realized that to take every experience or feeling, however difficult, and simply love it, was absolutely transformative. All of a sudden his life had meaning and the pitfalls of life were simply reminders of the need to be constantly creative with our thoughts.
LOVING EVERY MOMENT tells the story of how to apply this principle in your life.Simple though the principle is, we all need strategies for how to remember it. This is a book of strategies for remembering - remembering to love every moment.
Fear itself goes running when we say 'I love this moment exactly as it is'. Anger cannot exist beside 'I love this situation exactly as it is'. Our whole perception changes when we say of another person, maybe someone we have had difficulty with, 'I love this person exactly how they are'.
No one's life will ever be the same after reading and practising LOVING EVERY MOMENT.

DAVID STIRLING was born in Canada but spent his early life in Scotland, originally in forestry. Back in Canada he developed new ideas about building and selling property, and he has been in business of one kind or another ever since. Currently he lives in London, but divides his time between the UK and his family in British Columbia and the eastern United States.
