LOSOP Momentum: Staffroom Edition

Weekly refreshers for building lasting connection in education.

Transform your school culture in 10 minutes a week: This collection of weekly staff meeting refreshers brings the principles of Loving Our Students On Purpose (LoSoP) into your school's daily rhythm. Educators are more than teachers-they are builders of connections, champions of respect, and nurturers of responsibility.

These 40 sessions will help recalibrate your team on LoSoP values, with concise teachings, creative metaphors, and reflective questions that inspire meaningful discussions, personal growth, and practical applications. Revisit core principles-healthy relationships, joyful responsibility, and genuine restoration-and discover ways to integrate them into your professional life. Each session fosters a culture of love and connection, empowering students and staff alike.
