About the Author
Experience:
The author has years of experience working in the United Kingdom's National Health Service (NHS) as a type of therapist known as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and then moved up to becoming a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, overseeing the training, supervision and development of other therapists.
Qualifications:
He gained his Bachelor of Science (with honours) in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science (with honours) in Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge (UK).
Following this he trained as a therapist with a Postgraduate as a Psychological Well-Being Practitioner (PGCert) from the University of Essex and his currently working on an additional Postgraduate as a CBT therapist (PGCert) from the University of East Anglia
