I Am

I AM instills 22 Ways of Being that every person can align to. It is a Human Doctrine that establishes the foundation for children to grow into the extraordinary people they get to be. It is a recipe for how to BE a good person; a map for how to live life well, responsibly and with an understanding of the unique value they bring to the world. As a mindfulness tool I AM teaches how to notice what we are feeling, and how to choose who we want to be while bringing awareness to the Light inside of us all.

Janine is a person in service to others; a mother, consultant, sales executive, and artist-turned author who is passionate about human connection. You may not have heard of her, but if you have encountered people who operate from love, compassion, and kindness, you already know her. Her debut book I AM delivers a powerful message: "We are not our circumstances, we are who we choose to be, despite our circumstances." Janine shares that seeding fundamental Ways of Being in the hearts and minds of children, teaching mindfulness from birth, and empowering children with the skills to understand and vocalize their feelings is critical to developing a foundation that will support each child on their life's journey.
