A three act play written by John Galsworthy, illustrated with several plates throughout. A drama, in three acts, 'Loyalties' is about a lawyer's ethical dilemma. John Galsworthy OM (14 August 1867 31 January 1933) was an English novelist and playwright. Notable works include The Forsyte Saga (1906 1921) and its sequels, A Modern Comedy and End of the Chapter. He won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1932. Illustrated with eight plates throughout. In a full cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine, and also to the extremities. Fading to the spine. Small biro mark to the front board, with handling marks tp the front and rear boards. Spotting to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean with the occasional handling marks and the odd spot. Very Good. Seller Inventory # GEN2-D-6
