About the Author
Currently she is involved in 5 international projects with both industrial and biomedical applications, for identification and control. She was a member of the European Respiratory Society 2006-2008 and she was the first to coin the link between fractional order impedance models for respiratory properties to actual physiology and morphology of the lungs. She is member of several technical committees of IFAC and IEEE, including domains of biomedical engineering applications.

I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

§ 5 Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).

The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought.
