Maroon boards with Burbank portrait on cover, spine is faded with gold lettering barely legible. Matching maroon end-pages front and back are both cracked along hinge (see image), but interior pages are secure, clean. Index page is uncut and has a closed 2" closed tear, as if someone tried to open the uncut page; interior pages are otherwise undamaged or torn.
