Printed wrappers. = A seldom-seen well-illustrated monograph on very well-preserved Jurassic gastropods and cephalopods. The gastropods, especially, are numerous and diverse. The excellent illustrations are by a Mr Hubert, of whom little else is known. Published in the society's Bulletin, Volume 5, together with several other contributions including another paper on fossil molluscs by Eudes-Deslongchamps, viz. Observations concernant quelques gastéropodes fossiles des terrains Jurassiques. Placés par l'auteur de la Paléontologie française dans les genres Purpurina, Trochus et Turbo. (31 pp. and three lithographed plates by the author, himself an accomplished shell-illustrator). Uncut. Binding a bit weak, wrappers with slight soiling and wear, internally very good, unmarked.
