112 pages (28 pages per issue x four issues). Hardcover: H 28.75cm x L 21.75cm. Reddish-brown buckram cloth binding (not marked but likely done by Greenwood, Mississippi's Norris Bookbinding Company); gilt stamping on front board with Mississippi State Seal, publication title, and personalized for Congressman Webb Franklin; some dulling to spine's gilt lettering. White stain to front pastedown. Each issue is 24 pages plus original bound-in front and rear covers. Binding is crisp. Republican U.S. Representative Webb Franklin [William Webster Franklin] of Greenwood, Mississippi who served in the 98th (1983-1985) and 99th (1985-1987) Congresses - book was acquired directly from his house sale in August 2018.
