Binding a little rubbed, 30mm (½") crack to top of both hinges, covers firmly attached, slight wear to edges and corners, title page lightly dusty, small strip of pale staining to edges of lower margins on 3 leaves at beginning, tiny wormhole running from title page to page 40 affecting an occasional letter, closed tear to 1 lower margin neatly repaired, not affecting text, a few corners lightly creased, a few lower corners slightly dusty on pages at beginning and in Table at rear, occasional small pale stain or fox spot, otherwise a very good clean copy.
