Measures 18" x 13.5". Very Good with a professionally mended tear app. 1" long, from the rear with archivel-grade tape. Some sectional shading is noted. Shipped archival wrapped and flat, NOT refolded which could cause damage. PS. I will throw in the book for free if the buyer of the map wants it but it is NOT to be considered part of the cost.
