Copy with foxing due to the type of paper; slight dump stains, and a small tare at the bottom right corner of the front cover, with a slight loss of the decorative frame but recoverable. This catalogue is dated 1875, one of the first records of this important English cutlery manufacturer, supplier of the British royal family. It is very rare and precedes the first known records of 1889. The cutlery produced was mainly made of nickel coated through electrolysis with silver, with the pieces finished with crystal, ivory, ebony, or other exotic wood.
