About the Authors

Her other books include Help My Unbelief, Three Hours: Sermons for Good Friday, Advent: The Once and Future Coming of Jesus Christ, and The Crucifixion: Understanding the Death of Jesus Christ, which won Christianity Today's 2017 Book of the Year Award.

Laura Bardolph is a writer and editor who lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband and children. She is the editor of Means of Grace, a collection of devotional writings by Fleming Rutledge.
