Bound in original full brown leather with lightly faded gilt decoration & lettering on spine. Edges dyed red. Marbled endpapers with very old bookplate in French on fixed endpaper. Text tight & intact: no foxing. [viii, 273pp, 74 (index) ]. Light rubbing to to corners and spine. Front cover staring about 1" at top & bottom with cover firmly attached. Early owner's signature on title page. Although most of his individual works were published separately during his lifetime, they were later compiled into single or multi-volume editions. Medical. ; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 273 pages.
