Three volumes in five, 4to., pp.xxvi,386;xxviii,328;329-730;xxxii,352;353-718, blue cloth and maroon cloth, inlaid colour plates to front boards, gilt-lettered spines, colour frontispieces, 8 pp. of colour plates to first volume, 17pp. of colour plates to Volume II, and 23pp. to Volume III, numerous b/w illustrations; moisture undulation to Volume II Part Two, with slight damage to front cover plate, Volume III near-fine, a very good set overall. No dust-jackets, as issued.

Established in 1970, we are situated alongside the medieval precinct of York Minster, where our stock is contained over five floors of a Georgian town-house. We issue catalogues in our specialist areas and we are always happy to help with particular booksearch enquiries or to provide advice on any aspect of book-collecting. The shop is open 7 days 10.00am-5.30pm.
