The cover states: The Rubinstein Club Thank You for the Honor of Your Presence This Eve and Courteously Invite You to Attend their Concerts the Coming Year. Interior menu features: Bohemian Cup 10c, Gipsy Fortune Sandwich 10c, Esmerelda Sandwich 10c, Ice Cream La Gipsy 10c. Light creasing and some smudges to the front cover. Heavy craft paper, illustrated in watercolor and ink. Very good.
