Original staple-bound black illustrated yellow wraps 22x28cm. 36pp including wraps, b/w maps and photos. Near fine. The main article is based on 2 chapters from Joe Stork's forthcoming book "Middle East Oil and the Energy Crisis analysing the shift in global political and economic power evidenced by the actions of OPEC and the Oil Crisis (pp3-20, 34). Also included is an interview with the Palestine National Front, Egypt and the PLO, and Naom Chomsky on the Middle East. Incorporating Pakistan Forum, this issue also includes Feroz Ahmed's article on Pakistan's industrialisation and development.
