MERKABA MEDITATION: How to access your Light Body & create your own Space Vehicle

This handbook includes text and illustrations on the “Merkaba Meditation” and was born out of the idea that this procedure or practice should be as simple and as easy to follow as possible. The Merkaba is often associated with transformation, ascension, and the expansion of consciousness. It represents the interconnection of the spiritual and physical realms, serving as a vehicle for spiritual evolution. Also known as the "light body" or "chariot," some believe it enables individuals to transcend their physical limitations and access higher realms of consciousness. It is also seen as a symbol of protection and a tool for meditation and energy work. It is believed to be able to harness divine energy that shields against negativity and promotes well-being. It is composed of sacred geometry, which has roots in various esoteric and mystical traditions, and is the creative structure of the universe. It is believed to facilitate spiritual growth and enlightenment. Consisting of two tetrahedrons interlocked, creating a three-dimensional star, this symbolizes the harmonious balance between opposing forces and the interconnection of all aspects of existence”
