About the Author
Zoe Roxanne's career as a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor grew out of an early career as a professional dancer, traveling throughout Mexico, Europe, and the United States. In addition to fitness/group training, she has provided continuing education in the field of Body-Mind-Spirit fitness training. She is well known for her tradedmarked technique MINDMUSCLE through national sales of her line of audio and video tapes. She conducts private and/or small group sessions, seminars and workshops, as well as group exercise events at various locations throughout Southern Nevada.
