They contrasted biblical leadership and earthly leadership and confirmed that ministry leadership focuses first on transforming the heart of the leader. Whereas, secular leadership focuses on the "What" and the "How," biblical leadership focuses on biblical precepts, while modeling and guiding others toward living righteously as followers of Jesus Christ ~ DISCIPLESHIP. The book concludes with Dr Juanita Foster and Sr. Pastor Teresa S. McCurry explains biblical leadership from creation, highlighting obedience to God as the key to sustaining divine leadership.
