Cloth cover has significant old damp damage including tears to cloth and cloth loss along spine. Boards are warped. Binding is tight. Gift inscription on front end sheet dated 1835. Faint damp stain covering about 20% of each page which gets heavier and covering 30% of each page toward back of book but still readable.
