The shortfalls identified in implementation of the programme at grass root level will act as guiding principle for future rectification of such endeavour.

About the Author

Dr. Shubhadeep Roy is scientist (Agricultural Extension)of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India and presently working at Indian Institute of Vegetable Research, Varanasi, India. He has completed his M Sc and Ph D (Gold Medallist) from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, India.
