Very good condition, rebound in full leather, three raised bands and title stamped in gilt on red label across spine, new end papers with binder's stamp on front end paper, lacks original half title and title page, and pages 1 and 2, otherwise complete, text block shows signs of moderate wear and usage but otherwise clean, pages 3 - 644 including index, also bound in pages 1 to 30 of publisher's list for January, 1853. Despite flaws a handsome copy. [QP].
