Blue cloth covers clean and unworn, spine modertaely faded. A very acceptable copy of this extraordinary, now scarce, treatise proposing that human races originated from different primate lineages and that Down syndrome sufferers (once termed 'Mongoloids' or 'Mongols') literally originated from cross-breeding between the Mongol races and Europeans. The author (born 18373) committed suicide in 1933, a curious figure who was something of a protege of C.K.Ogden's and Adlerian eugenicistwrote numerous works far saner than this.
