Though the data in this book is too complex to analyse, one thing seems clear in this study , that when analysing a complication in relation to the number of Stapler or Manual technique, the percentage of complications is almost the same.Although no significant advantages or disadvantages of the Stapler method versus that manual are noticed it should be noted that the Stapler method has an extraordinary advantage with regard to the operating time which is reduced by 90- 120 min.
