Mar�a se encuentra en una dif�cil situaci�n econ�mica y pide ayuda a Anna, una prima lejana a la que no conoce. Consciente que no se sabe nada del paradero de las chicas que terminan sus estudios y marchan del internado, Anna intentar� investigar los hechos mientras siente una insondable espiral de horror rodearla, pues algo siniestro la observa desde la oscuridad e intentar� que no averig�e el misterio que se esconde en el internado desde �pocas remotas.
Monte de Cenizas es una novela de atm�sfera premonitoria, donde el mal acecha en las sombras, pero tambi�n el amor. La narrativa g�tica y la mitolog�a se entrelazan para llevar al lector a perderse por pasadizos oscuros, hasta quedar atrapado y sin salida.
