MOSES: The Man Who Walked with God

MOSES

The Man Who Walked with God

Moses is one of the most familiar names in the Bible. But behind the miracles, the plagues, the Red Sea and the Ten Commandments was a deeply human man who struggled with fear, anger, failure, responsibility and doubt.

From a baby hidden in a basket to a prince of Egypt, from a fugitive shepherd to the leader of a nation, Moses lived a life unlike any other.

He saw God deliver His people from Egypt. He stood before Pharaoh. He witnessed the sea open before him. He received the law on the mountain. He pleaded for a rebellious people again and again. Yet the people who saw God's mighty acts often struggled to trust Him.

Moses did too.

His greatest story is therefore not simply one of leadership. It is the story of a man who kept returning to God.

Scripture describes Moses as someone with whom God spoke “face to face, as one speaks to a friend”. Yet Moses was far from perfect. He made mistakes, lost his temper, became discouraged and eventually stood on a mountain looking at the Promised Land he would never enter.

And then comes one of the Bible's quietest mysteries: Moses died, God buried him, and no one knows where his grave is.

The Man Who Walked with God explores the life of Moses as a story of faith, failure, friendship, obedience and perseverance.

It is a journey through Egypt, the wilderness, Sinai, rebellion, provision and the final mountain—and an invitation to discover why Moses' life still speaks so powerfully today.

A compelling and accessible read for anyone who wants to understand Moses not merely as a biblical figure, but as a man who learned to walk with God.
