Topics covered in the volumes include the theory and context of public policy; policy eras; attraction and policy competition; trade, linkages and cluster formation; an investigation of specific policy areas; and country and regional illustrations.
Multinationals and Public Policy makes a valuable contribution to an understanding of the role of MNEs in economic development, particularly in host nations, to an appreciation of the part played by public policy in improving the economic contribution of foreign direct investment and also affords an appraisal of changing policy attitudes over time and between countries.
