Kelly was born in Chicago in 1900 and died in Leavenworth Prison on his 54th birthday. Here is his son's correction of the many myths attached to his father's name. Not a whitewashing, this title is an attempt to replace speculation with facts, the good and the bad of an infamous, very fascinating man. Most interesting.
