Hardcover, missing dust jacket. The book condition is Good+ (G+). Pages are bright, clean and clear of writing, markings and highlighting. Front hinge tight, back hinge has a bit of give and noise to it when pressure is applied, but overall robust and firm for normal use. Binding sound and in good condition, but some widening in gutters in a few spots,with mesh visible (but no cracking or seperating). Pages lightly toned around edges. Light foxing around gutter of title page. Small rip on top of page near gutter on first few pages. Previous owner book plate on front paste-down. Fore edge of text block roughly trimmed, so some pages have some minor fore edge damage. Fabric on hardcover boards sunned along edges and spine. Fabric beginning to fray a bit at top/bottom of spine. Hardcover board corners bumped and curled inwards. A few white stains on fabric.

Shipping terms
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment - typically next day. Orders are shipped via USPS media mail at a flat rate of $6 and $2 for each additional item. Orders can also be shipped via USPS priority mail for $15 for the first book. For both services, customers will be contacted if heavy/oversized books require additional shipping costs, or if the shipping destination requires additional shipping costs.
Important note for non-US buyers: International orders are billed at cost, and this cost varies greatly with the weight and size of the order. If you are ordering oversized volumes or multiple books, expect notably higher shipping costs. When you place your order, I will estimate the shipping options and costs with PirateShip and email you about these options. When we agree on a shipping method, I will send an invoice for the additional shipping costs through Abebooks, and will pack and ship the order once this is paid. If it turns out that your order costs less to ship than the default international shipping cost that I use for my books, I will reiumburse you for the difference.
