Published in 1848 and 1851. LATIN TEXT. Generally very clean tight texts with all edges marbled BUT a few leaves with browned patches and a very few with ink blots. None affecting legibility. Bound in old full black leather . Spines decorated in gold and with raised bands. Spines a bit rubbed but still presenting quite well. Bookplates of John Swinnreton Phillimore.
