In the United States, he headed design engineering divisions for numerous high-tech companies including several that he started. He holds nine patents.
Shari S. Forbes grew up in Rush County, Kansas. She is a professional writer and editor and a former English and journalism teacher. For more than twenty years she wrote, edited and published national award-winning publications for state affiliates of the National Education Association.
The authors reside in the country near Sherwood, Oregon.
