Susanna Isern (La Seu d’Urgell, 1978) es escritora, psicóloga, profesora y madre de tres hijos. Se licenció en Psicología por la Universidad de Barcelona y se especializó en clínica por la Complutense de Madrid. Durante más de una década compatibilizó su trabajo como terapeuta y profesora en la universidad con su pasión por la literatura. En la actualidad se dedica exclusivamente a escribir.
Es autora de literatura infantil y juvenil de referencia en España y otros países. Ha publicado casi un centenar de libros en español, con traducciones a 30 idiomas y más de un millón de ejemplares vendidos alrededor del mundo. Ha sido galardonada con importantes premios a nivel nacional e internacional y algunas de sus obras se han adaptado al teatro.
Susanna Isern (La Seu d’Urgell, 1978) is a writer, psychologist, professor, and mother of three children. She graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona and specialized in clinical psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid. For over a decade, she balanced her work as a therapist and university professor with her passion for literature. Currently, she is dedicated exclusively to writing.
She is an author of renowned children's and young adult literature in Spain and other countries. She has published nearly a hundred books in Spanish, with translations into 30 languages and more than a million copies sold worldwide. She has been awarded important national and international prizes, and some of her works have been adapted for the theater.

Autor de Mi ángel guardián, Lucid Lucy, Calamari Kebab y coautor de Soma, junto a Fernando Llor. También trabaja en el arte del videojuego Cult of the Lamb (Massive Monster Studios / Developer Digital) y ha sido el ilustrador detrás del cartel de la 27ª edición del Salón del Manga de Barcelona.
Adicionalmente ha trabajado como artista conceptual para el estudio de animación We Are Royale y ha colaborado como ilustrador para Disney, Netflix y otros videojuegos como Monster Camp, Genshin Impact, The Binding of Isaac, Wild Frost y Ankora: Lost Days, entre otros.
