No tears, bent pages, nor any writing. Shelf wear to the edges and to the head and toe of the spine are minor with light bumps to the head and toe of the spine, top two tips have been bent. Light foxing to the top and bottom page edges. Dust Jacket, no bent flaps, nor is it price clipped. Front panel bright and clean, very small chips I the head and toe of the spine both front and back four edges have short tears from wear back panel has one brown spot, Browning to the spine. Jacket now in a clear cover. Text and illustrations remain bright and clean, binding is secure, a scarce folktales from America's Islands and Alaska. Size: 7¾" - 9¾" Tall.
