The Magic Jar (Mind Growing)

When Matthew's beloved family dog, Mr. Cooper, disappears, he struggles with big feelings that follow him to school. During circle time, his teacher introduces The Magic Jar, a simple yet powerful activity that helps children share their emotions. Through this practice, Matthew and his classmates learn to express their feelings and listen to each other.

The Magic Jar is more than a story; it's an emotional intelligence tool that helps children manage strong emotions, fosters classroom community, and encourages understanding at home and school. Perfect for parents, teachers, and young readers, this heartwarming picture book opens the door to honest conversations about feelings and relationships.
