Magical Experiments With Light & Color (Magic Science)

Fascinating scientific concepts are simplified and explored in ways that kids will enjoy in the Magic Science series. Each book presents 16 simple experiments that can be performed with common objects found around the house. Magical Experiments with Light and Color explores the nature of light through refraction, optical illusion, and more. Each experiment includes illustrated, step-by-step instructions and a simple scientific explanation of what is happening during the experiment. Full-color illustrations on each page.

"This series of four books would be a wonderful addition to any home or school library. There are many hours of fun and educational activities in these books, and each experiment is simple and inexpensive to complete. Parents and teachers do not need a background in physics or a large budget to help children engage with science and see how exciting it can be. The earlier we can stimulate interest in science the better! These books would be appropriate for elementary school libraries."
