First Edition. This is a hardcover copy in good condition. Stated First Edition on the title page. No dustjacket; unclear as to whether or not it was originally issued with one. Text is clean and unmarked and binding is sound; no loose or missing pages. Hinges are popped from repeated opening, and book opens freely to page 1. Signs of wear include tanning on page edges, foxing on the top edge, darkening on edges of both pastedown endpapers, and some rubbing on the corners and at either end of the spine. Stamp in red ink from a previous bookstore on the bottom outer corner of the front free endpaper. More photos are available upon request. Tulsa's largest used bookstore. Located on South Mingo Road since 1991. No-hassle return policy if not completely satisfied.

About the Author
A world-wide source of magick books, exotic supplies, and home base for three witch Covens, and exceptional tarot and spiritual readers.
Mr. Slater known worldwide is mostly responsible for popularizing the Wiccan tradition in the USA - previously known only throughout England and editor/author of more than ten Magick reference books.
What makes the MAGICKAL FORMULARY BOOKS so invaluable is that they are from the inner workings of Mr. Slater's shop - The Magickal Childe, which before it closed, was New York's oldest Witchcraft Centers.
Slater never wanted to commit these books to print, however dire financial problems occurred making it essential for him to do so.His FORMULARY work is worth its weight in gold simply because the recipes for some of the most effective and potent incense and oils utilized in the craft are within its pages.
Slater guarded these recipes more tightly than a 5-star restaurant chef.
