The $23.95 International Rate quoted is based on our ability to put the book(s) in a US Postal Service "Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope" with 4 pound maximum weight. Larger shipments that will not fit in the flat rate envelope will cost much much more (we will get you the best rate that we can). We will notify you if the shipment will cost more than $23.95. Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
