She says she knew at an early age that selling coconuts to tourists was not in her future, so she emigrated from the West Indies and headed straight for Wall Street. Her incredible journey as a consultant and speaker has taken her around the world, from Madrid to Bangkok, Melbourne to Hong Kong, and London to Tokyo, for industry leaders such as 3M, Coca-Cola, General Electric, and Procter & Gamble. Marcia was educated internationally as well as at Hunter College in New York City and the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a member of the National Speakers Association.
