Add to basketThe Making of a CEO is the illuminating result of interviews with high-level executives across various sectors. The idea for the book originated in a popular course Sandeep taught at IIM Bangalore, where the students spoke to CEOs about the key aspects of the journey to the top-building professional credibility, and managing one's career and oneself.
The book also explores the nuances of leadership in start-ups, large corporations, family businesses, educational institutions, not-for-profit organizations, the public sector and the government sector.
