Thomas presents his ideas clearly, and his ability to look critically at some of the basic assumptions in community work makes for stimulating and enjoyable reading.

About the Author

David N. Thomas has worked in community development since the early 1970s. His experience includes neighbourhood work, training, consultancy and research.
