He has co-authored the autobiography of Ireland and Lions captain Brian O'Driscoll and, most recently, of three times Olympic gold medal winner Bradley Wiggins, In Pursuit of Glory, as well as a book on sport's favourite Comic Book Heroes. A former director of Hayters Sports Agency, he has a particular interest in historical sporting events and the Olympic and Paralympic heritage.
