The authors describe the personal computer and software industry and roles of leading companies IBM, Apple, Compaq, Lotus, and WordPerfect. The informative appendixes provide a description of versions of DOS; key dates in Microsoft's history; and a glossary of technical terms, people, and companies. Highly recommended to business collections.
